Reiki is a well known alternative therapy commonly referred to as ‘energy healing’.
Energy healing has been used all around the world in various forms for centuries, the technique of healing energy involves working with a persons energy within and also their outer aura too. A persons energy can be connected to / read / understood by the use of energy healing techniques. In this case, Reiki. A Reiki practitioner is trained and attuned to read, channel and understand universal energy. It is this that is used to heal a person, connecting to, and using universal energy to heal points within the body.
