Hi all, I really didn’t want to do this but moving forward I have no choice but to take deposits for all colour appointments. I purchase all my colours based on clients I have booked in, when clients are cancelling last minute I have already paid for their products and I can’t fill the gap that short notice, which means I’m out of pocket.
