BRUXISM 🤍 More than just teeth grinding

Do you wake up with jaw tension, headaches or aching facial muscles?

You could be experiencing bruxism — the unconscious clenching or grinding of your teeth. This often happens during sleep but can also occur throughout the day, particularly during periods of stress or concentration.

Over time, bruxism can lead to:

Following a full assessment of your medical history, symptoms and individual health needs, we'll discuss whether vitamin injectable therapy is appropriate for you and develop a personalised treatment plan.

Due to the holiday season and to give everyone a little more flexibility, I'll be offering **mobile appointments for all treatments** from **Saturday 4th July** until **early August**.

This means greater flexibility for both you and me, making it easier to fit your treatments around your summer plans.

**Please note:** I will be unavailable from **16th July until 4th August** while I enjoy some uninterrupted family time. 💛

✨ WHY I DON’T SHARE LINE RELAXING BEFORE & AFTER PHOTOS ✨

This is a question I’m often asked, so I thought I’d explain my approach.

As a registered nurse, my practice is guided by the NMC Code, which places professionalism, confidentiality, respect and patient-centred care at the heart of everything I do.

Whilst healthcare professionals are permitted to discuss treatments and share information for educational and professional purposes, I choose not to routinely share before and after photographs of my line relaxing treatments.

Why?

🤍 Every face is unique. Results vary from person to person, and photographs can never fully reflect an individual's assessment, anatomy or treatment journey.

🤍 Client privacy matters. Trust is something I value deeply, and I believe your treatment experience should remain confidential and respectful.

🤍 Ethical practice. Before and after images can sometimes create unrealistic expectations. My goal is to provide honest consultations and natural-looking results tailored to you.

🤍 Safety over marketing. I would rather focus on education, evidence-based practice and helping clients make informed decisions than rely on photographs alone.

The results of aesthetic treatments should always be discussed within the context of a full consultation, where we can talk about your goals, suitability, risks, benefits and expected outcomes.
