Please can everyone read the cancellation policy. This week we have had 4 people in 2 days cancel with less the 48hrs notice or move there appointment. We do understand emergency things come up but please remember every time you cancel last minute we are loosing out on our days income. It is not something we can sustain so from now on this cancellation policy will be adhered to at all times. We are sorry we are having to do this but we are left with no other option.
