This heat causes many women to have swollen and painful legs, ankles and feet. This is fluid build up and can genuinely be painful and exhausting. Legs feel heavy and achey.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage is amazing at helping to shift this excess fluid back into your blood stream so that it can exit your body. Expect to wee lots afterwards!
This photo doesn't do justice to the size difference between the leg that had been treated and the one that hadn't. It definitely doesn't show you the weight difference! Me and the client had a laugh about this because the difference was so funny! Not to mention she could feel the difference and relief.
