*What is Reiki? Reiki is an ancient treatment which uses healing energy to clear problems/blockages within the body.
Hi i'm Andy Yale, a qualified 2nd Degree Reiki Practitioner who is passionate about people and using Reiki to help people alleviate problems and enhance their health or well-being. Please find below some basic information about Reiki but if there is anything specific you want to know or ask I am always available to answer your questions by phone, email or instant message. This in turn enables the
energy in your body to freely flow and thus improves health and well-being and enhances your own personal healing.
*What can Reiki help me with? Reiki can be used as a treatment or alleviation for any specific physical ailment or illness; complementary to any prescription medication or treatment you receive (I do NOT promote Reiki as a replacement for medical treatment). Reiki can also help alleviate problems of a mental or emotional nature as well as act as a way to enhance/maintain general well-being.
*What happens during a Treatment? Without the need to remove any clothing, you will lie on a bed (you can also opt to sit on a chair if you wish to) and will have the opportunity to relax for 40-50 minutes. During that time I will place my hands over/on areas of the body and use energy to detect and clear blockages in your body's natural energy flow. Clearing these blockages will help to treat/alleviate physical or emotional symptoms as well as improve your bodies natural self-healing abilities.
*How many Treatments will I need? The length of treatment will depend on the nature of the problem or what you want from the sessions. You may wish to book for a one off session, come for a block of sessions between 4-6 weeks or even take up Reiki on a more regular basis as a way of enhancing/maintaining general well-being.
