This patient came to me concerned about an ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ฏ๐๐ง ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฐ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐ฏ๐ข๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ซ ๐ญ๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ.
After assessing her existing lip shape, asymmetry and proportions, treatment was carefully planned to improve balance and definition while maintaining a natural appearance.

Some swelling is expected immediately after lip filler, so the 2-week review gives a much better indication of the settled outcome.
The aim was not simply to create bigger lips, but to achieve a ๐ฌ๐จ๐๐ญ๐๐ซ, ๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ข๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ while respecting her natural lip anatomy.

This before-and-after shows the improvement following Hyfrecator treatment for nasal telangiectasia, using controlled electrosurgery to treat visible superficial vessels.
The aim is to reduce the appearance of these vessels while keeping treatment precise and localised.

Results vary between individuals, and some vessels may require more than one treatment. New or recurrent telangiectasia can also develop over time.

An important message for anyone with rosacea. Retinoids donโt necessarily need to be avoided. When carefully prescribed and introduced at the right strength, they can form part of an individualised rosacea treatment plan.
