Intro post… Hi I’m Kayleigh a level 3 sports therapist at Oaks sports massage and here is a little about me and why I’m passionate about sports therapy… I have played rugby for a long long time as you can imagine I’ve had a few injuries in the past and currently still dealing with one 😢 I have now learnt how important it is to have treatment and follow the treatment plans given. So from past clients I have been told that I’ve helped and improved the quality of day to day life. So please feel free to message me to see if I can help you.
