Going forward 🤍

As many of you will know, this time last year I made the decision to change my working hours to create a much more family-friendly—and sustainable—working week. It’s been such a positive change that these hours will continue to be my general rule of thumb going forward.

For all my new followers, and as a little reminder for returning clients who may previously have booked weekend or very late evening appointments, the hours shown above are now my standard clinic hours.

Of course, there may occasionally be some variation around holidays, annual leave and other commitments, but I’ll be sticking to this structure as much as possible.

There are three really important reasons behind it: my mental health and work/life balance, maintaining the standards within my clinic, and making sure the standard of my work, my practice and ultimately your PMU results remain exactly where I want them to be.

Being well-rested, focused and present allows me to give every client the time, attention and quality of work they deserve. 🤍
