📍Salon Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To ensure fairness to all clients, any appointments that are missed without notice or cancelled at the last minute, where there is insufficient time to advertise or rebook the appointment, will incur a cancellation fee of 75–100% of the scheduled service cost.

As I now work limited salon hours, late cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on my small business and prevent other clients from booking those appointments.
