Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and a happy new year 🥰🥳that’s me returning back to work this week and still have a few available appointments left pm to book 🥰also some of my recent colours 🥰

Just a little message to keep you all updated prior to your appointments these next few weeks. We have started December of with a bang with the salon being so busy the feeling of excitement that Christmas is fast approaching makes work so much more enjoyable.

I just want to say a few things to make it a little easier on all our stylist’s on the busiest time of the year, we be so overwhelmed with the work load we will try our best to be on time and also accommodate all our customers but with that please respect we have our own little family’s at home so if there are any missed appointments or needing to change, it might be impossible for us to do so but we can always check with each other if anyone has any spare time.

•Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment, failing to do so will result in a 100% charge this is always our salon policy
•Please be on time for your appointments, if we are running behind we will try our best to get on top as soon as possible
•Please rebook your appointments before leaving the salon as most of the girls are off after Christmas until the new year
•Gift vouchers are available with each stylist please make sure you know which stylist you would like to purchase a gift voucher from when calling into the salon

We might be a little bit quiet on our social media for a while but always message if you need an appointment or want to be put on the cancellation list we will always try our best.

I hope everyone enjoys the run up to Christmas and we will look forward to seeing you all…🎅

Sorry this is long and very serious one but please read as it’s important

Due to an increasing amount of appointments not being attended with no notice or being cancelled with less than 24h notice, I’m now unfortunately going to have to implement a strict no show/ late cancellation policy.

We’ve always done our best to accommodate customers with cancellations and being late for appointments. Sadly the reality now with the constant rise in bills and wages we can no longer be so accommodating and need to have a strict policy in place to keep our business going, we are all working long days and we have childcare and other financial out goings that need to be paid and it is worrying when someone cancels, if we are going to fill their spot depending on what they were in for, if we have enough time in between next client this is a consent worry when we are all self employed. I have been doing hairdressing for the last 18years and this last month or two the cancellations and no shows are so frequent I have never witness anything like this before. Please if you think you can’t make your appointment or things are a bit tighter as we all understand don’t make an appointment unless you know you are going to be here.

The impact on small business’s when an appointment isn't attended can be a large financial loss so we now request 24h notice to allow us to fill the appointment in advance.

Late arrivals also have an impact on the rest of the day, As most of you know were always on such a tight schedule so arriving late can mean I then have to change appointments booked in after yours which can not only affect our day but also yours.
I do understand sometimes life can be unpredictable and we do make exceptions under certain circumstances.

Going forward the following polices will be in place, strictly followed and applied to all customers...

•Failure to cancel your appointment within 24h notice will result in a fee depending on the service.
•Late arrival will result in us only completing what we can. You will still be charged for the price of the appointment you were originally booked in for.

We do apologies for such a serious tone this morning but please do understand we want to continue running the business we love and seeing all our lovely clients. This is something we’ve put off for as long as we could we do hope you all understand after reading this post why we’ve had to do so.

Don't hesitate to drop us a text if you need to check your appointment time.
We will also always do our best to help you rearrange if you aren't able to attend if you give sufficient notice.
