I know parking can be tricky with it being a cul-de-sac, but please refrain from parking on my neighbour’s grass. Parking on the road is absolutely fine as long as you’re not blocking anyone’s driveway – just no tyres on the grass please 🙏🏼 🌱🌸💓

Soft Glam vs Full Glam ✨
Not sure which style to book? Here’s a quick guide:

Soft Glam
• Natural skin finish
• Soft liners, shimmers or matte eyes
• Fluffy or half lashes
• Neutral tones
• Perfect for daytime events, weddings, christenings, photoshoots, or anyone who wants to look glam but still themselves 🤍

Full Glam
• Full coverage + bright under-eye
• Defined contour + highlight
• Bolder eyeshadows / glitter / liner / wings / cut creases / spotlight eyes
• wispier or fuller lashes
• Red lips
• Best for nights out, occasions, photoshoots, formals✨

Full glams have an extra 10/15 mins in the booking to allow extra glam time + to clean and sanitise more brushes

I honestly love both depending on what vibe you’re feeling that day😍😍💄 but please be mindful when you book a soft glam slot but show me a photo of an inner corner wing with a red lip as I’ll start to panic😅

Why there’s a fee:

I completely understand that things come up! But when someone cancels last minute or doesn’t show, it’s usually too late to fill the slot with another client. Each appointment takes time to prep for — setting up products, sanitising, and getting everything ready to give you my full attention.

Think of it like booking an airplane seat, if you can’t make it, the airline doesn’t refund the ticket because that seat was held for you. As a small business, this is my full time job and every booking counts. Charging a fee isn’t about punishing anyone, it’s just to make sure the time I’ve set aside is valued and that I can keep things running smoothly, especially during this busy season🎅🏼✨

Most salons and beauty businesses have similar policies, so it’s standard practice — and it really helps me give every client the best experience possible.

If you are booked for brows and lashes and decide on the day you only want one, the full treatment price (for both) must still be paid, as the time allocated for both services was reserved in my diary.

Please note: any outstanding cancellation/no-show fees must be cleared before booking your next appointment. Repeat cancellations will be required to pay upfront. Thank you so much for understanding
