■ A14 day waiting period is required following any Covid19 Vaccinations before appointments can be attended.

�Non refundable booking fees:

A £10 non refundable booking fee on all bookings is to be paid to my bank account (details sent when booking). This fee will be removed from the cost of your treatment when you pay in full at the appointment, or carried over to cover future bookings.

�UNDER 16'S
Please note: for insurance purposes I can not service under 16's. 15 year old's may have a Prom service if a parent/registered carer attends the appointment and writes a consent letter.

�Cancellations:

Cancellations result in a £15 charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or any 'no shows' will require the full service charge to be paid. Continued cancellations will mean being removed from the books as a client. I am a small business and cancellations have a profound effect on my the business as well as my family finances. Please be thoughtful and organised with your bookings. X

NEW CLIENTS PLEASE ATTEND APPOINTMENTS WITH CLEAN NATURAL NAILS. WE DO NOT INFILL ON PRODUCT APPLIED ELSEWHERE. THIS IS FOR YOUR SAFETY AND TO FORFILL OUR INSURANCE COVER GUIDELINES. Removal will be required for a full nail assessment to be carried out prior to treatments.

�CHRISTMAS
The cancellation policy is amended to 48hrs notice required instead of 24hrs. This is because I have ladies on a waiting list every year but without sufficient notice I can not offer them your cancellations and I can not afford to lose this income at this time of year.

�Repairs and replacements:

All treatments have a 48 hour free repair cover. After this time repairs are costed at 10% of the full treatment cost per nail. Infill appointments include up to a full replacement of 1 nail. Any more will be charged at the 10% costing of the treatment recieved, respective of treatment. This cost will be capped at the cost of a full set should you have more than 1 nail damaged.

�Health and Safety:

Due to insurance requirements:
-Children under 12 can not be present in the salon unless allowed at the discretion of The Nail Box Cramlington -Personal data files are required to ensure your health needs are met and maintained. They are also needed so that should you need the aid of an ambulace or other health professional we can give them your GP's Information and any pertinent medical information. Please note this requires you to fill out a brief client consultation form, which is stored in a folder and kept in a safe place as required by the data protection act. GDRP expectations are covered in the client consultation form. Please read these and sign where indicated.

�Complaints Policy:

The Nail Box Cramlington DOES NOT offer refunds. If you are unhappy with your nails we will offer a removal or re-do of the treatment as required by law and only if we are at fault. If fault can not be proven The Nail Box Cramlington will use our discretion when offering resolutions to any issues. If clients do not take the advice of their technician with regard to appropriate choices of treatments or they do not follow the aftercare treatment advice, we at The Nail Box Cramlington can not be held responsible for any consequent issues.

�Should The Nail Box Cramlington have to cancel any booking with less then 24 hours notice we will rebook your appointment at the first availible and mutually agreeable time with a 10% discount on your treatment as a good will gesture.

�The Nail Box Cramlington reserves the right to update and/or amend these policies at any time.
