HELLO SEPTEMBER - TIME TO FEEL LIKE ME AGAIN

My September goals:
Drink less alcohol, more water + electrolytes
Eat more protein and omega 3
Take my collagen + creatine daily
Start gentle exercises for my back and hips
Look after my skin - keep it hydrated
Microneedle once this month
Skin booster once this month
Manifest every day
Prioritise a good night's sleep

And starting today with this - My Daily Hydration Recipe

500ml filtered water
1/8 tsp Celtic sea salt
100ml pure coconut water
Squeeze of lemon or lime
1 tsp raw honey (optional after exercise)

I haven't started it yet so this is me being honest on Day 1. I took a pic of my skin today with no filter, dehydrated and tired, and I'll take one again on 30th September to see what difference a month of really looking after myself makes.

Inside hydration plus outside hydration (skin booster and microneedling) equals my glow up plan.
