Wor Ross! Strongman training day 1! made easy work of his first one in a good few years! Nice solid string session! Great stuff!
smashing out a strongman session, good solid work, it’s been a few years for him to be fair, but great start to the block! Steady work on the farmers, straight into atlas stones for reps, then ending on monster fumble! Competed every one with relative ease! As the confidence grows the weights will increase! More than happy for the first time! Very solid session!
