Sorry for long post. Just have a few things to mention.

So I’ve discussed with a few of you recently about ‘top up’ appointments. This is something I’ve been trialing for a while now (a mini/half/ top up appointment).
These seem to be working really well, so I’ve decided to start offering these as a service. These will be amazing on the run up to Christmas too as it’s always my busiest time of the year. Also people only often need a little top up for a particular occasion/ night out etc, therefore not requiring the full hour infill.

These will be a 27x minute appointment. I know that’s very specific but will allow me 3x minutes to swap over clients as you all know I’m frequently back to back and often have people waiting at the door.

I’m also going to reluctantly have to increase my prices by £1 (sorry 😬)I’m keeping this as low as possible to only cover the increased cost of my products.

PLEASE NOTE - All mini fill appointments need to be booked in advance, this is not something that can be changed on the day as this will block out a full appointment which could be occupied by someone else so need to be pre-booked in advance please.

The cost of the Mini infill appointments will be priced at £16

All other infills will be £28

All full Set appointments will remain at the same price.

These price increases will start from Monday.

Also just a reminder of payments girls please 🙏🙏🙏 I’m still waiting on 4 from last week. It’s so easy to forget and I hate chasing 🙈 so would hugely appreciate clients sending either prior to appointment or before leaving. Would be so grateful 🙏 # #

My diary is now open for Christmas 🎄 🎅 🙏Can I remind all my regulars to get booked in ASAP please as you will take priority appointments. My last working day will be Saturday 21st December.

Lastly would like to thank everyone for their continued support. Couldn’t ever imagine going back to Social Work 🫣 & would never have thought I would have grown such a booming little business. Love you guys and I’m just sooooooo grateful for you all, I really am 🥺🥺 ❤️❤️❤️

Hi, so don't usually have a cancellation policy as I know things are difficult and can't be helped sometimes. However my Christmas weeks are just so so busy. I'm turning people away daily. Therefore I apologise but if you miss your appointment without giving 24hrs notice I'm going to have to ask for full payment. I'm a small business and Christmas time is hard for everyone.

Hope everyone understands.
Could I also just remind clients who transfer payments to do ideally within 24hrs. I'm struggling with time to chase people.

Price Increase

Hey lovely ladies, so due to recent increased prices on beauty supplies (in particular lashes & glues), I've made the hard decision to slightly increase my prices (Classics only).

From 1st April these new prices come into effect on my Classic lashes. Hybrids and Russians will remain the same.

Full set Classics - £42
Infills - £23 (1 x hour)

Please note I'm no longer taking on any evening clients as I'm full to capacity.
I also need to please ask for u to book infills in advance. I have roughly 28 clients per week and massively struggle to squeeze people in last minute (esp evenings). If your unable to make your appointment please give me as much notice as possible as I always have a waiting/cancellation list.

I just want to say the biggest thank you to all my amazing clients, (& I mean every single 1 of you !) People who have only come once, all my regulars & all my occasional returning clients. I am so grateful you choose me to do your lashes. The support I've had over the last few years has blown me away. So many of you have become friends and I genuinely love your company as well as doing your lashes. The messages and support I've had from you guys means the world to me. Going into the 3rd lockdown doesn't fill me with as much dread because you lovely lot keep coming back 😍 you'll never know what that means to me and my family. So from the heart I want to thank you all.

I'm gutted to close (again😩) but understand the reasoning behind it. More importantly I hope you all stay safe and wish you all the best for the New Year 😍🙏
