A Reminder That Safety Always Comes First

Recently, during a routine treatment, I experienced something that every injector is trained for but hopes never to encounter – a positive aspiration.

Although rare, it was an important reminder that no matter how many treatments we perform, patient safety must always come before everything else.

Because the vessel was identified immediately, the treatment was paused, the area was reassessed, and appropriate action was taken straight away. Thanks to thorough training, safe injection techniques, and established safety protocols, the treatment was completed safely and my client remained completely well throughout.

Experiences like this reinforce why I continuously invest in advanced training and education. Aesthetic treatments aren’t just about achieving beautiful results; they’re about understanding anatomy, recognising potential complications, and knowing exactly how to respond if something unexpected happens.

When choosing your practitioner, it’s important to look beyond before-and-after photos. Experience, qualifications, safety protocols, and clinical knowledge are just as important as the final result.

👁️ If you arrive with less than 50% of your lash extensions remaining, your appointment will be classed as a full set rather than an infill.

📅 From 1st August, I will be working Mondays and taking Wednesdays off.

⏰ August availability is already looking limited, so please make sure you book your appointments in advance to avoid disappointment.
