Harmonizing the colors: Beautiful makeup isn’t a one-size-fits-all formula—harmonious colors are completely different for everyone. In her case, I tied the fair skin and gorgeous red hair together using reddish eyeshadow and a warm lipliner to keep the tones connected.
The eyeliner was specially chosen because she has big, beautiful eyes; the liner elongates them and visually pulls them slightly apart since they are a bit close-set.
The eyeliner is kept soft because she has strong bone structure and some folds on the outer corner where a ultra-sharp, graphic liner wouldn’t sit as smoothly or stay straight.
Instead of heavy layers, we used a thin, skin-like base that lets natural texture show through while creating a smooth, even canvas.
Gentle contouring and a luminous highlight were placed to follow the natural bone structure, enhancing the cheekbones and framing the face beautifully.
