I love you and respect each of you, your time and trust you give me, but cancelation in last moment will not pay my bills. If you do not respect my time and fact that I give you priority to book in advance as first then your space should be available to somebody else.

I have been avoiding to put up charges like that, but simply last week I had 4 cancelations, right before the busiest week as I am away for holiday in few days. 4 appointments meants 4 clients do not respect me as worker, their nail tech and just human.

If you cancel less then 48hours prior your booked appointment then you will be forced to pay penalty or all of your future appointments will be cancelled and offered to somebody else x
