At Hair Design to You, we value your time and ours. Please review our cancellation terms:
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service cost.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours—or failure to attend your appointment—will incur a 100% fee of the scheduled service cost.

A polite request that if you or a family member are at home sick when im due to your appointment please reshedule.
Please appreciate im self employed therefore if i don’t work i dont get paid.
I’ve now had to rearrange 4 days work due to being unwell with the horrible flu bug thats circulating.
