1. SPF (Non-negotiable)
â¨Why: Protects every other investment you make.
â¨Benefits: Prevents premature ageing, pigmentation, collagen breakdown, and reduces skin cancer risk.
â¨Value: The highest return on investment of any aesthetic product.
2. Botox
â¨Why: Softens expression lines and can help prevent deeper wrinkles from forming.
â¨Best for: Forehead, frown lines, crowâs feet.
â¨Maintenance: Every 3â4 months.
3. Microneedling
â¨Why: Stimulates your own collagen production.
â¨Best for: Skin texture, pores, acne scars, fine lines, and overall skin quality.
â¨Typical plan: 3â6 sessions, then maintenance once or twice a year.
4. Skin Boosters
â¨Why: Improve hydration, elasticity, and skin glow rather than adding volume.
â¨Best for: Dull, dehydrated, crepey skin.
â¨Maintenance: Usually an initial course followed by treatments every 6â12 months.
5. Sculptra
â¨Why: Stimulates collagen over time for subtle, long-lasting volume restoration and skin firmness.
â¨Best for: Mid-face volume loss, temples, jawline, and overall facial rejuvenation.
â¨Results: Develop gradually over several months and can last around 2 years or more.
Why this combination works đđź
Each treatment does a different job without much overlap:
â¨SPF protects your skin.
â¨Botox relaxes wrinkle-causing muscles.
â¨Microneedling improves texture and stimulates collagen.
â¨Skin boosters enhance hydration and skin quality.
â¨Sculptra restores collagen and structural support.
Together, they address prevention, wrinkle reduction, skin quality, and age-related volume loss, making them a well-rounded aesthetic plan focused on long-term, natural results rather than chasing short-lived trends đđź

I donât think this was the result she was hoping for đŹ
Botox is an amazing treatment when it's done well but like any medical procedure, it's important to remember that complications can happen.
A temporary altered smile is a recognised (but uncommon) risk with treatments such as masseter (jaw) Botox and gummy smile correction. Even with excellent technique, everyone's anatomy is different, and some outcomes aren't always predictable.
The most important thing? Choose a qualified injector, understand the risks, and make sure you're fully informed before treatment. Knowledge is just as important as the treatment itself. đâ¨

⨠I might not be the injector for you⌠and thatâs okay. â¨
If youâre looking for the cheapest treatment, a quick fix, or someone whoâll simply do whatever you ask without a conversation⌠Iâm probably not the right practitioner for you.
And Iâve become completely comfortable saying that.
Over the years, Iâve realised that the best results donât come from one syringe or one appointment. They come from building a relationship, understanding your concerns, and creating a treatment plan thatâs tailored to you.
My approach has never been about chasing trends or offering the latest treatment just because itâs popular. I choose the treatments I offer because I genuinely believe in them, invest heavily in ongoing education, and know they can make a meaningful difference when theyâre used for the right person.
Injectables are only one part of what I do.
I look beyond the lines or volume loss. I look at your skin, your lifestyle, your health, your habits, and what may be contributing to the concerns youâre seeing. Sometimes the best treatment isnât injectables at all and Iâll always tell you that.
Iâm also not the cheapest clinic in the area.
Thatâs because youâre not just paying for a treatment. Youâre investing in years of training, continual professional development, high-quality products, honest advice, a safe clinical environment, and someone who will always put your best interests before making a sale.
Every treatment starts with a consultation because there isnât a one-size-fits-all approach in aesthetics. The best outcomes happen over time, with a personalised plan thatâs designed around your goals not someone elseâs face or the latest social media trend.
To my loyal clients who have trusted me for yearsâŚ.thank you. Thank you for believing in the process, trusting my recommendations, and allowing us to create results that look natural, elegant, and authentically you.
Because my ethos has always been simple:
I want people to notice how amazing you look⌠not necessarily know youâve had treatments.
If that sounds like youâŚ.

My Holy Grail âď¸đđź
Sunscreen isnât just for beach days itâs one of the most important steps in a daily skincare routine.
UV radiation reaches your skin every day, even when itâs cloudy or youâre indoors near windows.
Over time, cumulative sun exposure contributes to premature aging, hyperpigmentation, collagen breakdown, and increases the risk of skin cancer.
Thatâs why broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher is recommended for daily use. If youâre spending extended time outdoors, SPF 50+ offers additional protection by filtering a higher percentage of UVB rays.
This one in particular provides broad-spectrum UVA and UVB protection and is formulated to help protect against ultra-long UVA rays, which play a significant role in photoaging and long-term skin damage.
So hereâs a few reminders:
⢠Apply sunscreen as the final step in your morning skincare routine.
⢠Use enough product (approximately two finger lengths for the face and neck.)
⢠Reapply every two hours when outdoors, and after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
⢠Remember often-missed areas such as the ears, neck, and the backs of your hands.
The best sunscreen is the one youâll wear consistently. Daily sun protection is one of the simplest, most effective ways to maintain healthy skin over the long term.
Confidence starts from within, but a little self-care never hurts. Taking some time to refill my own cup before helping my clients do the same. â¨

Does it really matter what your injector uses? đ¤đ
You may have heard people talk about needles vs cannulas but is one actually better than the other?
The answer is⌠it depends.
A skilled injector doesnât choose a technique based on trends they choose it based on your anatomy, the treatment area, your goals, and, most importantly, safety.
A needle has a sharp tip and is ideal when precise placement is needed. This is why itâs commonly used for treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections (BotoxÂŽ), lip enhancement, and non-surgical rhinoplasty, where accuracy is essential.
A cannula has a blunt tip and can often treat a larger area through a single entry point. It may reduce bruising and swelling in some patients and is commonly used for areas such as the cheeks, jawline, chin, temples, and tear troughs, depending on your anatomy and treatment plan.
The truth is, there isnât a âbetterâ option. Many experienced injectors use both needles and cannulas even during the same appointmentâŚto achieve the safest and most effective result.
So instead of askingâŚ
âDo you use a needle or a cannula?â
Try askingâŚ
âWhy have you chosen this technique for my treatment?â
Your injector should always be able to explain why theyâve recommended a particular approach, the benefits, the potential risks, and what you can expect from your treatment.
At The Aesthetic Club, every treatment plan is tailored to you because no two faces are the same.
⨠August diary is now open! If youâre considering dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle treatments, or would simply like an honest consultation about your options, I would love to see you.
