Sorry to post a negative post on a Sunday
But with yesterdayβs cancellations aswell as a second no show appointment last week I am implementing this policy with immediate effect.
Those who no show and donβt even bother to message will most definitely have to pay half price upfront if they wish to book in again.
I have mentioned taking booking fee / deposits before but I became complacent.
In order to run this small business successfully small changes need to be made going forward.
Thank you to the clients who show up and pay a booking fee regardless of me asking I appreciate you π«ΆπΎ
