📋✨ THE BORING BIT… BUT THE IMPORTANT BIT! ✨📋

With the opening of the new Scrummy Beauty approaching, it’s time for a little reminder of our Terms & Conditions. 💚🐆

I know, I know… not quite as exciting as new treatments, leopard print and opening offers 😂 BUT these policies help everything run smoothly and fairly for everyone.

💳 DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
• A 20% non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• If your deposit is not paid within 48 hours of your appointment, your booking may be cancelled.
• Full payment is due before your treatment.
• Payment can be made by cash or card.

📅 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
• A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Cancellations outside of this notice period will result in the loss of your deposit.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the full treatment price being charged.
• Repeated cancellations or no-shows will require full payment upfront for any future bookings.

⏰ LATE ARRIVALS
• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean your treatment needs to be shortened or cancelled.
• Late arrivals may still be charged the full treatment amount.

🚫 NO-SHOWS
• Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the full treatment price being charged.
These policies aren't here to be mean! 💚 When an appointment is cancelled at short notice or someone doesn't turn up, it's often impossible to fill that space.
