At the beginning of the month I attended the Jing Pregnancy Massage course for the second time! ✨

Last year I did the shortened intensive version, so this year I was really excited to come back, revisit the training, and deepen my knowledge.

Over the past year, I’ve absolutely loved supporting all you beautiful pregnancy mamas, and this course has really deepened my knowledge and confidence. It felt so validating to revisit something I already felt strong in, while also refining my stances, learning more, and fully soaking in the 4 days.

I’m so grateful for the amazing women I met, both fellow therapists and the radiant mothers-to-be who allowed us the honour of massaging them (and their little ones!) on our final day. 🧡

Moments of May ☀️

May arrived gently, bringing with it a month of softness, quiet reflection, deep connection, and joy found in the little things.

There were golden sunsets, blooming flowers, moments of growth, and time spent with the people who ground me. I nourished my mind and body, found stillness, and made space to simply be.

I leaned into discomfort, found the courage to step outside my comfort zone, and opened myself to change.

New life began to unfold, both around me and within me, in ways I didn’t expect but deeply needed.
