Those bottom lashes are gonna do it every time šŸ”„

(Also not too much on the big thick sets, I still LOVE a volume set)

If you’re a lash tech reading this wondering what to post or do to bring in more clients and eventually become fully booked, you’re in the right place!

DM me the word CHIC and I’ll explain how you can get there šŸ¤

Becoming a fully booked lash tech in 2026 means having to do a little bit more than just posting your work

As we all know there’s a lash tech everywhere you turn (but this doesn’t mean the industry is oversaturated) so you need to stand out in order to build a client base and become fully booked

You don’t need more followers or to post your work more, you need to learn how to market yourself properly

This includes things like knowing how to increase your reach so that the right people can find you, showing your skills and expertise through your content and becoming a brand that people remember, not just ā€˜another lash tech’

And you might be wondering HOW to do all of this? It sounds way more complicated than it really is, a few simple changes in your content & marketing could take you from no enquiries to fully booked in just a few weeks and this is exactly what I help my 1:1 coaching clients with

I have 3 spaces open for coaching, DM me the word READY or click the link in my bio to apply if you’d like personalised help with building a fully booked client base

Being at a point where you’re good at lashing but you don’t know what to post or do to get more clients is the most frustrating thing…

I’ve had many conversations with lash techs and the number 1 thing that comes up is not knowing what to post to get clients (this falls under marketing) and that’s what I help with!

I’ve got a coaching opportunity for 3 lash techs that are serious about getting help with marketing, content and becoming fully booked

If you want to get new clients and become fully booked then you need to follow this action plan:

1. Establish your brand (because you need to stand out from other lash techs)
2. Communicate your brand through your content
3. Create content that builds trust & gets people to book

But how do you actually do that?! These are the steps I walk my coaching clients through starting off with figuring out what makes them stand out as a lash tech (I can spot this within about 5mins!) and then creating a content plan that showcases it

Choosing between online or in-person lash training can be tricky, so let me make it a little easier for you…

Choose ONLINE training if you:
→ Prefer learning at your own pace
→ Want a more affordable option
→ Are comfortable learning from tutorials and practising independently
→ Want to learn the same core content without paying for in-person training

Choose IN-PERSON training if you:
→ Want someone beside you to guide and correct you
→ Learn best through hands-on practice
→ Want to complete 2 live models with me there to support you
→ Prefer having the opportunity to ask questions and get immediate feedback

BUT whichever you choose, you’ll learn more than just how to lash

Both my online and in-person beginner training teaches you:
- How to apply lash extensions safely
- The foundations you need to start your lash business
- How to get your first paying clients

7.5 years in the lash industry has shown me that it’s very much possible to become and stay fully booked, even in 2026

I’ve been hearing ā€œthe lash industry is oversaturatedā€ for about 4 years now but I’m seeing lash techs get fully booked left right and centre which shows that the presence of other lash techs isn’t the issue

The issue is that the path to becoming fully booked is different now, beforehand you could post just your work and that would be enough. But now you have to stand out as a brand, master the content game and know how to market yourself - all on top of being a good lash tech

And that’s the extra piece that I teach my beginners students and 1:1 coaching clients

So if you’re thinking about becoming a lash tech, DM me the word TRAINING

Or if you’re a lash tech that wants to become fully booked or sell a training course, DM me the word COACH šŸ¤

Here are 3 things you should know before choosing to train with me:

1. I don’t just teach you how to lash: yes I’ll teach you how to do classics, hybrids, russians, wet look and wispy sets but you could learn that from anyone (not to say I’m not a good teacher!) but what really matters is that I teach you how to start your business. Each course includes a business & marketing session where I tell you which apps and tools to use, how to go about insurance, pricing and how to market yourself to get your first paying clients

2. You’re going to do the work and it might stress you out: my in-person courses are quite hands on and practical. After the theory section we get straight into working: I demonstrate, you practice and then I’ll correct and guide you throughout until you get the hang of it. So many of my students become soooo nervous and stressed when it comes to working on the 2 live models but all of those feelings go away once they’ve actually finished the set

3. I care about what happens AFTER your training. I love it when my old students keep in touch and send me pictures of their work šŸ«¶šŸ¾ the option to stay in contact is there and I generally end up maintaining good relationships with my past students. After all, we spend 16+ hours together, so I don’t just see you for two days and never speak to you again!

Sometimes the smallest tweaks in your page could be the reason why potential clients can’t find you

Inside my 1:1 coaching I start by doing a full business audit that includes looking at things like this plus your content & current marketing

After that I change it all up in a way that brings in more clients and bookings
