Since 2022 I’ve had the privilege of helping complete beginners enter the lash industry and start businesses of their own and now that chapter is closing
Growth often requires change, and I’ve made the decision to stop offering in-person beginners training so I can focus fully on 1:1 coaching and helping established lash techs grow successful businesses

In my 1:1 coaching I start off by doing a complete audit which includes looking at branding, booking processes, content and skill. And the reason why most lash techs aren’t fully booked yet is always one of the above
Once i’ve identified what the hold back is, I create a marketing plan that I guide my coaching client through weekly and the result is more clients and more income from their lash business
