💙Hoping this inspires even one person to keep going & never give up - be it physical or mental health, friends, family, career, finances, trauma etc - we all have demons that nobody will ever know of but us - we are only human - and I see you 🤗

I’ve no interest in being “skinny” personally- I just wanted to be stronger, & faster. I put all of my anger into it as there was nowhere else for it to go. I didn’t know it would indirectly change my entire outlook on life…. but it did 👌

PS this took about 2+ years of nutrition education, calorie deficit, and lifting x3 per week / daily step count. No injections- Ive had some DMs asking. Just do whatever works for you!

OBAGI have the Vit C 15% kits back in stock where you get a FREE travel size included in the box with a full size, worth RRP £70, for the same total price as your standard size Vit C alone!

I asked my account manager about them 2 days ago as was showing out of stock, & she said they were limited so she’s not sure, but I’ve checked tonight and they’re back in.

I’m getting myself one and ordering a few for patients.

Let me know by 9pm today if you want one!!

When you’ve got a full clinic Mon 2 Nov then realise it’s an INSET DAY 🫣

So sorry guys 😢

You’ll all be contacted in the next hours / days.
