Planting seeds of PEACE 🌱

Last week my inner world felt so much fear present in my body , jangling like a set of keys I was 😂

I had excruciating pain in my pelvis too

An inner collapse as my outer held space to feel it

Grateful to understand that and knowing being in a community where I feel safety, presence , softness and connection even when I’m choosing to be on my own alot of the time helped

It was also a wondrous week of beautiful things too in the simplest ways
Nothing big just small little things

My journey with a yoni egg sisterhood has taken me deeper and awakened my creativity again

We yoni gazed and I saw her
I hadn’t seen her like that in .., maybe ever !

At first I looked and thought “ oh she’s more crinkly now ! “ 😂

And with more exploration , time and curiosity upon further looking I saw a beautiful rose and I couldn’t stop looking at her
Then when i explored further I had a psychedelic experience of symbols and patterns like a language before words

I felt this creativity come and I haven’t stopped creating since 💫

I realised Women really do have self sustainable recyclable energy of self connection when we ‘ plug in ‘ so to speak

I have learned this in my kundalini yoga and Shakti dance of Yoga teacher training before of the feminine spiral energy and masculine diagonal energy and we need both

Yonis are the hub and when we connect to that hub we are whole

Through trauma in the world and in our bodies she retreats to protect and cannot radiate her signal ( think of s**t broadband 😂)

It’s deeply sacred and been known and hidden for eons but it is actually physics in human form

There’s a deeper layer that’s always been there and I felt my body has just been running on a lack of connection from her who has been quietly running always there waiting for me

My intention was to release fear and make more space for softness in my body and I do believe my prayer has been answered but f**k me that was alot

Of course if you know me I want every woman to know about this ! 😂

So plans are being made to be able to share this with others with my sister and teacher Lisa Grezo and bring a space of softness , safety , connection and presence too

Also I have a co creation of a new workshop with Leena Graham on 17th May
With Conscious Connected Breathwork at a beautiful new space Clear Mind Collective

My work deepens with supporting others in the Mary Magdalene Priestess Path

And I’m celebrating sister Janine Wallace with how beautiful her journey is unfolding with this teaching and others she will support including herself and her family and community embodying her work 🌹

Also I am so happy to celebrate becoming a Certified Consent and Conscious Touch Practitioner and offering this work which I love so much
Over 3 years of experience study and supporting this very important work

The most valuable and challenging part was actually applying it to my life ! it has changed my life to be the most magical yet

Ahhh I wanted to share some of the beautiful things I saw today

This morning I woke up from a bad dream sobbing my heart out like it was real which led to a heart connected convo with my love over 5,500 miles away and 11 hours behind

It was such a deep wound that came to light in the dream ; with some leaning in , gentle wise support and love with her we could have a beautiful conversation about what was possibly going on for me and it helped so much

That may never have happened if I hadn’t had this dream this morning 💭

Thankyou upsetting dream !

I was sobbing for a couple of hours then decided to clean my home with joy and take my quilts to the launderette

What a cool place to hang !

I ended up chatting to a woman and a woman who worked there about reiki , tarot , cacao , patriarchy and witch hunts amongst other things
All while we helped eachother fold sheets out of the big dryers

Proper lush grounded sisterhood it felt like we were back in time somewhere remembering something

Loved that 😻

Then I walked my dogs in the pi***ng rain smiling with a newfound contentment looking at all the beautiful things right on my doorstep and some cool places only 1 minute away I haven’t been to yet and very much looking forward to going !

I mean popping in for a little tattoo just round the corner like it was a pint of milk back in the day ?!

Especially when my lass gets home from work ! 🛳️

Today’s ongoing CONCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK facilitator training with Diamond Heart Network and Breathing Space was a continuation of supporting with trauma and information of what trauma is , how we can identify it when our breathers are processing during the session

How we can assist to create slowed down SAFETY while our breathers process

And my absolute favourite

What’s going on in the brain and how CCB alters brain and blood chemistry while you breath

I’m blown away by the simplicity once the science is there

Of course trauma is not simple to live with

When we can SEE how our body is relating to it even when we don’t know what’s going on ourselves

Identify that the brain is struggling , the body is reacting , immunity is weakened Blood pressure and heart rate rises and health declines

then slowly releasing , re arranging and restructuring


Ultimately aiming to turn the Pre frontal Cortex back online and access the rational brain

And through intentional BREATHING

Not Words
Words are important of course for information and very powerful

By using words to go to a place takes us back into a reaction or response of the experience

Then , like all mammals

We shake it off
Move
Go into emotion
BREATHE
Release

to end the cycle in our bodies nervous system and brains

It is ALOT !

AND I LOVE IT

I just LOVE helping people in this way through the simplicity of the breath
and mirroring that you and your body are completely able to reorganise to better health and vitality

I create spaces that have

*SAFETY

*CONNECTION

*SOFTNESS

*PRESENCE

so you can get to turning your brain back online from instinct only to full rationality , imagination and creativity which leads to more pleasure

rebuilding your body and life and I’m actively practicing now !

My first Breathwork group had amazing presence and lots of feedback of personal transformative measures withthe breathers

2 were breathwork facilitators too which was great

I love how many breathworkers there are which means greater access for everyone wherever you are !

All My work is also deeply embedded in the Heart of Consent , touch and intimacy model I have been working with for over 3 years with safe and slowed down space to access your own truth in mind , body and heart ❤️

LOOK at Light coming through my window earlier 😄
I Decided to meditate in it and started to cry after listening to a Shiva mantra with flute

I felt so much love in me i couldn’t help but overflow and I started to dance my body while crossed legged

Me and a friend are 3 minutesdance accountability buddies and have started doing one every day

Then when I felt a natural pause I opened my eyes and saw vibrant colours everywhere with my naked eye

I took this photo after couldn’t believe it !
Look at the angel / alien lasers 😂

Then the light went down and that was a perfect moment in time 🌈

For all women

For women who are afraid to be seen as a woman being a woman

We feel it

the fear

We have been persecuted for millennia

Because we have the power of peace and to overthrow anything that opposes it

We have the power of sacred rage from our womb and cervix and throat to get to peace and bring back what is wholly for all

I know the fear has been coming up from within and showing up without

Pain
Disconnection
Security
Separation

The truth is It has been felt at times for many of us that death would have been easier

It’s always been there

We are here now

To be seen in the every damn day

This week I burned out

It all came up

Cried for days with the rain and wailed like the wind

I know I’m
Not alone in this , my sisters wept too with me and alone

There’s something coming …

We were born for this time and now we birth anew ❤️‍🔥

Yesterday I went on a podcast with the lush Lisa Grezo set up by Heywood S Similon-Taylor and his amazing studio in Whitley bay - Stuff Podcasts

I thought we were going to talk about feeling it all and what we do

We could have talked for hours about how we perceive life around us and empowering others in our craft

She asked me about my life and I started talking

Lisa then reminded me I had told her once about me describing my time in prison being my first ashram

I started talking more .. out of integrity , authenticity and simplicity and I enjoyed it

She asked me if I felt safe there .. I thought about it as no one had ever asked me that and the truth was I felt safer in there than I did outside at the time and that was powerful to realise !

I talked in hindsight of my engraved beautiful memories as though I was reading them like sacred scripts i have never forgotten

They were my life teachings of the priestess path I never knew I was on at 22 years old

they were

It felt really good to talk and I noticed I felt like I was talking too much avd pulled myself back but felt a burning powerball between my heart and my throught wanting to come out

It was such a blessing

I see it now in whole

Many ashrams later from heavy metal bars to white angelic yogis singing mantras raising kundalini in the dawn of the age of Aquarius wearing turbans and pretty kaftans 😇

I actually am a High Priestess of love truth power and peace

The gangster turned Goddess … I like BOTH !

Ive walked with my bare feet mopped wide corridors with blistering hands singing Gods praises in mind Smiling to myself feeling the holy spirit of fire as the doors opened inside me while cleaning passages of pain and metal

I’ve turned into a better f**king human with a kinder heart because of the tough s**t

I need to talk about my embodied experience and the wisdom of the heart I’ve garnered today not as an ego trip for validation no no no but as a reminder for others that they can get through f**king anything when they’re ready
If they want to purify there hearts from the heavy metals of fear and shame

I’m going to do a podcast series about my experience , healing with strangers along the ways of life as soon as I can get the finance together

My freedom rehabilitation when life had f**ked up royaly and how it starts within anywhere from the basement’ ashram ‘to the penthouse one’s

You get to ‘ know thyself ‘ more than the more comforting ones

When you felt there was no thing left and the light comes in you feel it so strong and bright

This light is in all of us
