As of the 5th of Feb I will be based at 15 the Wynd! I have loved every minute at 59 Main Street building Beauty by Kerry, but it’s time for a wee change! I can’t wait to be based in with my girls at sass and salon 28. Looking forward to welcoming you all into the new space, a lot of exciting things coming in 2026 💕

The Magical Mix for Menopause

This is an interactive inspirational workshop on 30th March 2024 from 10am till 2pm at Bodyspiritmind in Cumbernauld

Within 4 hours you will have a working knowledge and hands on experience of three different healing modalities that will ease your perimenopausal/menopausal symptoms

Firstly, you will be taught all about the essential oils that you can use to lessen your symptoms during your perimenopausal/menopausal journey those headaches, hot flushes, joint stiffness, difficulty sleeping for example. Bringing your body back into balance

 You will also make a feather wand using eagle owl feathers and quartz crystals that can be used on these reflexes

Finally, you will learn how to use acupressure, meridian therapy and breathing to ease your perimenopausal/menopausal symptoms This is amazing for clearing negative emotions that are kept in our body e.g., anxiety, loss of self, low mood and irritability. This healing modality is so easy to learn, but simply life changing

This weekend I am running this amazing Reiki one class at Bodyspiritmind in Cumbernauld on Saturday 9th & Sunday 10th September 2023 from 9am till 5pm

I cannot tell you how life changing Reiki has been to me, my family and my clients. It will be for you too

The Reiki weekend will be workshops where you will learn about the history of Reiki healing, the 5 Reiki principles, the hand positions required to carry out a full body treatment, how to ground and protect yourself, an introduction to the energy anatomy, an exploration of the amazing Chakra system and you will be taught how to give yourself Self-Reiki

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT📣

As most of you are aware every year we raise money for a charity in the run up to Christmas. Robin house last year. Homeless women the year before. Scot blood the year before that.

This year we have chosen a charity that for me is very close to my heart due to the nature of what they do. I met this wonderful lady for the first time a few years ago to do her nails as she prepared to say goodbye to her boy. And I have tried to support when I can. This is a family broken by sui*ide.

Our wonderful team of businesses based in the village Main Street are coming together as a collective group as always to support this wonderful charity this year.

Our chosen charity is: Tony’s Safe Place.

As most of my clients and friends know my family have been affected by sui*ide more than once now. The most recent being just last year when my 26 year old cousin chose to leave this world and his family behind. The epidemic killer of young men has reached what can only be described as a crisis point and there just isn’t enough support out there for our young men and women suffering with mental health issues. That’s where charities like TSP are vital. In communities like ours. Especially when poverty and addiction are becoming a serious issue.

Linda and her team at TSP have founded this charity and organised a wonderful, dedicated team to offer support to anyone struggling mentally and I was amazed to learn recently they’re now open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and their phones are ringing off the hook. They can help people access police support and other mental health teams to try and stop another family from going through what they have since Tony passed away.

As someone who understands the heartbreak of losing a loved one in this way I wanted to offer my support this year and from September-December we will be collecting for TSP. We plan to hold as many fun amazing fundraising events from now until end of the year and try to raise as much money for them as we can. And we know you will all help us show our support for this amazing local charity. Especially as our own children will be young men and women in this community one day. Keep an eye on our socials for info.
