With age, our facial fat stores naturally atrophy (shrink). As this support is lost, the skin can begin to sag and the mid-face can look flatter and less supported.

This patient’s goals were to soften frown lines and create a more open, refreshed eye area. After previous experiences elsewhere, she wanted to take a cautious approach when treating her crow’s feet — so we tailored the treatment entirely around her comfort and concerns.

By avoiding the lower crow’s feet area (her previous problem area) and focusing on the mid and superior areas of the orbicularis oculi, we were able to reduce eyelid hooding while maintaining a natural result. Combined with full glabella treatment, this created a subtle lift and a fresher overall appearance — all while respecting the patient’s preferences every step of the way 🤍
