Last Sunday morning, our lovely friend & client Louise took us for a beginners yoga class!

Louise has just gone through her yoga training to become an instructor and wanted to take a class with us to get some experience and practice… and we definitely weren’t going to say no!

So we turned the Cumbernauld salon into a wee yoga empire for the morning 😂

OMG it was absolutely amazing!!

It was just the Cumbernauld girls this time, with our lovely Laura joining us too… but we’ll just include Laura as a Cumbernauld girl because she’s always part of the team anyway 😂

Iona couldn’t make it as she was in Tenerife…

And Tia… well, she doesn’t drive and said she wasn’t getting out her bed early on a Sunday morning to travel to Cumbernauld for yoga 😂😂 Fair enough Tia!

We absolutely loved it and can’t wait until Louise has more classes running so we can join her again 🧘‍♀️
