-Terms and conditions of booking-

-Makeup and piercing appointments require deposit at time of booking.
you can reschedule appointment via your email confirmation.
If you need to cancel please message me first.
The deposit will be lost in the system, if you cancel the appointment and not reschedule it. I cannot refund as it will un-attach itself from booking if you cancel appointment with any deposit paid.
As long as you have given 48hours notice prior to appointment, I will be able to refund it if it’s still attached to booking,

-brows and lvl don’t need a deposits. but cancellation policy apples to all appointments as below.
-all appointments require 48hrs notice for cancellation.
-emergency cancellations will be handled sensitively.
- no shows have to be paid in full before they are allowed to book in again.

Coming into the winter season illness and cancellations are higher.
Please let me know as soon as possible it’s better than not showing.
Please check your confirmations of bookings to make sure you have booked the correct time/date and put them in your calendar 🙏🏼.
