📢 Important Announcement Regarding Our Appointment Policy 📢

To ensure we can accommodate everyone and minimize disruptions, we’re introducing a new cancellation policy. Starting now, we will be introducing a deposit requirement for all appointments. Here’s how it works:

▪️A deposit, equal to 20% of the total service amount will be required when booking your appointment. This can be paid in the salon, or via mobile through a secure payment link.

▪️This deposit will be applied as a credit towards your final bill on the day of your appointment.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. Therefore, we will gladly reschedule with at least 48 hours notice.

This policy will help us ensure that appointment slots are used efficiently and fairly.
