The other day I was chatting to someone who told me she'd almost given up on skincare altogether.

What is it trying to tell me?

What might it need?

The challenge is learning how to listen.

That's why I love education so much.

Not because I want people to become skincare experts.

But because understanding creates confidence.

When you understand why something is happening, you stop feeling overwhelmed.

You stop chasing every new trend.

You stop buying products out of frustration.

You start making decisions from a place of knowledge instead.

And confidence grows.

Not because your skin suddenly becomes perfect.

Because you finally understand it.

That's what I wish somebody had taught me years ago.

Not what to buy.

But how to understand what my skin was trying to tell me.

Because once you understand that, everything becomes a little less complicated.

And a lot less stressful.
