Proud teacher moment 🥰
I came into Onyx this morning and this is the first thing I saw on the notice board! ✨
Avril & Debbie from edenworkplacewellbeing are such wonderful, warm Reiki practitioners, and with backgrounds across the police, NHS and teaching, they have a real understanding of the pressures that come with working life - particularly within the public sector.
Together, they’re now offering workplace wellbeing days to organisations and businesses - such a brilliant idea, and much needed too.
Get in touch with them if you think they could help you or your colleagues 🙏❤️

Hello, I’m Nikki 💛
Thought I’d actually show my face for a change - apparently I should even though I'd much rather hide away 😅.
This is my therapy room in Dalston, where I happily spend most of my time - in one-to-one sessions or teaching Reiki.
I absolutely LOVE what I do, but I also love everything that’s come from it - including so many things I never expected. The wonderful clients, the incredible women I’ve ended up working alongside, lifelong friendships, collaborations and all the random opportunities that seem to keep popping up! 🤎
So if you’ve been following for a while but we’ve never actually met - hello 🥰
And if we have met, you’ll probably recognise this room! 😂🤎

Autumn Equinox Day Retreat 2026
Huge thanks to everyone who joined us for our Mabon retreat at The Victory Hall in Dalston yesterday.
We were blessed with good people, good weather, good food and good energy ✨
I’m still processing a truly beautiful day, but feeling very grateful and more than ready to take on the dark half of the year 🌗
Such a lot of work and organisation goes on behind the scenes of events like these – in fact, Leah, Kerry and I were eating chips on the floor of the hall at 9pm the night before, after spending hours that afternoon getting everything ready!
But seeing everyone embrace everything so openly made the day super special and it was absolutely worth every second!🙏🤎
Thank you SO much for sharing it with us x
