Unfortunately, I have decided to stop being a mobile hairdresser for the time being.
I have also moved to a new area outside London.
I hope you all take care of yourselves during these uncertain times.

Due to Coronavirus I will not be working mobile at all and I urge all stylists to close their salons! This is not a joke, you have been told to practice social distancing and in this profession that is simply not possible.
Our death toll is dramatically higher in this early stage than other countries, we MUST stay away from each other.

This will pass, it will take time but we must work together to help save lives.

Its been 4 months since my last visit to this client. The bleach she used to have made her hair so damaged hat she could barely get a tangle comb through it. We switched to hi lift tint, and a root drag to break the block colour up. And we ALWAYS use Olaplex!!!

Wow! It's been a long time since I posted on here. I haven't stopped hairdressing, just been too busy to post! I've joined Slimming World and one of my slimming friends (who has rocked her targets!) Asked me to cut her hair because her usual stylist was busy with her newborn. Happy to step up!
She has lovely think and curly hair, so wanted it cut in at the back and thinned out because otherwise it would turn into a mushroom top!! And nobody wants that!
As usual, I forgot to take a before picture 🙄.but the after pic is good!

WOW! It's been about 4 months since I saw Alice! That's the benefit of balayage, you can go for so much longer between someone stylist visits. I touched up her very natural looking balayage leaving the too quite dark to make a good contrast. Then snipped away those months of growth. I also tried out a vegan version of Olaplax, anyone who doesn't know what Olaplex is... it's a Treatment you can put in your colour / bleach and it helps rebuild hair bonds. And this vegan version worked just as well! I used it in the bleach and then after the toner I used it while cutting Alice's hair. The result was a super shiny, healthy looking hair cut/colour! See for yourself!

I met up with Alice yesterday for a boozy brunch and was so impressed with her hair! I thought she may have had it done recently (with another stylist!!😲), turns out this was still MY HANDYWORK from MAY!!!!!
The balayage stills looks awesome (if I say so myself!) and has really kept its colour and done its job ... to grow out with little upkeep! I may be doing myself out of business but I'm really happy it looks so good! 😊
The best part is, she has had lots of compliments and they always make you feel a bit special!
