A little note about my cancellation policy
I completely understand that life happens. Things come up, plans change, and sometimes cancelling or rearranging an appointment is unavoidable. I never want anyone to feel uncomfortable or guilty for something genuinely unexpected happening.
At the same time, I hope you can understand why I have to have a cancellation policy in place.
When you book an appointment with me, that time is reserved specifically for you. If you cancel at short notice or simply don't attend, I often don't have enough time to offer that appointment to someone else. That means the time and the income that comes with it is lost.

It's a difficult thing to charge someone for an appointment they haven't attended. I genuinely don't enjoy doing it. But the reality is that I can't make a living if regular appointments are missed without any financial consequence.
We accept this in so many other areas of life. If you don't attend a dentist appointment, you can be charged a missed appointment fee. If you don't attend a concert, your ticket doesn't become refundable simply because you couldn't make it. My time is my business, and once that appointment has been reserved for you, it has value.
My cancellation policy is therefore there to protect my business and my livelihood, not to punish anyone.
I will always try to be understanding and reasonable, and in genuine, extreme circumstances I will consider waiving the cancellation fee. However, this will be at my discretion and isn't something I can guarantee, if 48 hours or more notice is given the fee will not apply, less than 48 but more than 24, its a 50% charge. Less than 24 hours or a no-show would be 100% of the treatment cost.

I feel sick 🤭🤣 my Christmas.... YES CHRISTMAS DIARY IS NOW OPENNNNN. Im finishing at 3pm tues 22nd December. Closed untill 4th January. November is also open, please work out when you're due in before requesting an appt. Also please bare with me, there is alot of you! I will get back to you all.
