I’ve done something exciting… I’m now studying at Teesside University! 📚✨

Education is something I’ve always been passionate about, and I’m excited to build my knowledge of business strategy — learning how to lead more effectively, make time for the bigger picture and grow Leila’s with a clearer direction.

What’s great is that the studies fit around running my business. I can bring my real experiences from Leila’s into the course and put what I’m learning straight into practice. 🇮🇹❤️

And there’s more… my lecturer has asked me to be a guest speaker in one of her lectures! I’ll be leading a one-hour discussion about diversifying your business and sharing my own experiences. I’m so honoured to be asked — what an amazing opportunity!

A big thank you to Chloe, one of our lovely team members who also studies at Teesside Uni, for coming along to show me where to go. It’s all new to me at the moment, and having a familiar face made such a difference! 🥰

✨ Yesterday, I found myself back in the treatment room… and I loved every minute of it. ✨

One of my lovely clients from years ago has been practically begging me for one of my facials 😂 So, with the treatment room available, I couldn’t resist!

We started with a deep cleanse, steam & exfoliation, followed by microcurrent to help lift and tone the facial muscles, then red light therapy to help calm inflammation and support collagen production and skin rejuvenation.

And to finish… an intensely hydrating mask that left her skin looking plump, dewy and glowing — the ultimate GLASS SKIN ✨💦

Seeing that glow afterwards reminded me just how much I’ve missed doing what I love. 🖤

Four weeks ago, I unexpectedly lost my beautiful Spiridula. I had her for 16 wonderful years, although she must have been a little older, as she came to me from a rescue centre.

Yesterday, my incredibly talented friend Silvia Cera gave me this beautiful drawing of Spiridula. I held back the tears because I was at work and wanted to remain professional, but when I got home and looked at it again, the tears came all over again.

It is so true to life and captures my beautiful girl perfectly. I will treasure this picture, and all the precious memories I have of Spiridula, for the rest of my life. 💖🐾

Thank you so much for creating something so incredibly special for me. It means more than words could ever say.
