As Some people are being super organised this year as I write out the first Christmas vouchers of the year this morning.

First night on the course, and back to the college where it all started (yes that is my ID photo from 13 years ago) my brain is a little fried and I’ve got a lot of studying to do but Sports massage here I come. Plus this one is a years course so should keep my learning itch under control for a while .

I will be needing case studies and I’m sure some of you will let me practise new techniques along the way 😉

I’ve had a small and a large appointment come available on Saturday the larger slot is suitable for all treatments. It can be spilt into smaller appointments too.

It’s a rainy start to the day but that just makes it a perfect day for a massage.

The heated blanket is back on given a gentle warmth to the bed to help you feel cosy.

We’ve got an array of massage techniques being used today starting off with Aromatherapy, followed by hot stones, Swedish and ending with a full body Bamboo massage.

If you fancy a massage I do have a space on Wednesday at 2.20pm. And two 30 minutes spaces on Saturday 9.30/11.20

Hello there September 🍂

August has been a blast, we have crammed so much in over the summer. We haven’t stopped but we’ve had so much fun, lots of laughter, much needed family time and the kids have accomplished many things too.

We’ve had a promotion at work, Caitlin passed her driving test and Grace completed her first Gel nail course. Oh and I may have enrolled back at college again (more info on this will follow).

Let’s see what amazing things September brings as we head into the cooler, colourful, cosy months and return to normal life, school, college and Uni 🍂
