✨ A Little Salon Update ✨

Firstly, I want to say a huge thank you to all of my lovely loyal clients who continue to support my small business — I appreciate every single one of you 💖

Unfortunately, over the past 2 weeks, I’ve had an upsetting amount of last-minute cancellations, resulting in around 11 hours of lost work, with appointments being cancelled within 12 hours of the booking.

As a small business, this has a huge impact. When appointments are cancelled at short notice, it’s often impossible to refill those spaces, meaning lost income and time that could have been offered to another client.

Because of this, I’ve had to make the difficult decision to introduce a booking fee/cancellation policy going forward:

💇‍♀️ Hair Extension Appointments – £25 booking fee💅 Nail Appointments – £10 booking fee

These booking fees will come off your appointment total and simply help protect my time and business. If enough notice is given, appointments can of course be rearranged.

This decision hasn’t been made lightly, but I hope you can all understand and continue to support my small business as much as I love supporting you all 🫶

My lovely client is off to sunny Spain, so we created these gorgeous Spanish-inspired nails complete with the cutest little lemons for that Mediterranean feel 🍋✨
