Patients may think I only listen because it’s my job.

What you don’t see is how often I think about you after you’ve left. I hope your operation went well, that you recovered, reached your goals, and are enjoying life.

Because to me, it’s always been more than just a job. 💙

⭐️Lymphatic Drainage Massage ⭐️

Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle massage technique designed to encourage the movement of lymph fluid. Lymphatic drainage uses very light, slow, rhythmic strokes.

How it works

• Removes excess fluid from tissues
• Filters waste products and toxins through lymph nodes
• Return fluid back to the bloodstream

If lymph flow is slowed or blocked, fluid can build up, causing swelling (lymphedema)

Benefits of Lymphatic Drainage massage

⭐️Reduce swelling after surgery or injury
⭐️Improve symptoms of lymphedema
⭐️Decrease temporary fluid retention
⭐️Reduce puffiness, especially in the face
⭐️Promote relaxation and a sense of well-being
