Hi, I’m Dee – the face behind DD Beauty Lounge!

With a background in Project Management, I’ve always been passionate about delivering high-quality results with care and attention to detail. But alongside my career, I’ve always had a love for beauty, creativity, and helping others feel their best.

Last year, I launched my first beauty venture under the name Queen & Company Beauty UK—while juggling a full-time job, a young family, and my travel business. But truthfully, it didn’t quite feel like me, and the timing just wasn’t right.

Fast forward to now, and I’ve taken the leap. I made the scary decision to step away from the financial stability of a ‘’9–5’’ to pursue a life that feels more aligned, flexible, and fulfilling. And that’s how DD Beauty Lounge was born.

I now run a fully insured, home-based beauty space where I offer nails, lashes, and those all-important self-care moments. It’s a cosy, down-to-earth space where you can relax, switch off, and leave feeling confident and cared for.

It’s not a high street salon, you might hear a little “hello” from one of my little ones but what you will get is a warm welcome, professional treatments, and a truly personal experience.

With the continued support of my amazing clients, I’m working towards growing DD Beauty Lounge into something even bigger, and every booking helps make that dream a reality.
