I’ve noticed that many clients pull out grown-out extensions themselves and don’t cleanse their lashes with a proper lash shampoo. Unfortunately, this can make retention look much worse than it actually is.

To keep your lashes looking full and fresh for as long as possible:

✔️ Clean them daily with a lash shampoo.
✔️ Brush them gently every day.
✔️ Avoid pulling, picking, or removing outgrown extensions yourself.
✔️ Avoid oily products around the eyes.
✔️ Book your infills on time.

Remember: proper aftercare is just as important as the application itself. Healthy, clean lashes = better retention and beautiful results. 💕
