Sara gets the best jobs!! 😂 She's amazing at finding little corners to put new yarn when I occasionally, well all right all the time buy too much yarn!!
If you want to know what's in the box tune in tomorrow and I'll let you know. It might involve small balls of yarn that's all I'm saying!!

It's date night! It's been a while to be honest. We both run a business and for some reason we thought it would be a good idea to buy a 200 year old house that needs lots of work!!!! Crazy I know. For months our garden has looked like Steptoe's yard with piles of rocks we have dug out, but this weekend all our kids came up and helped us dig, lay hardcore and create beds and suddenly we feel a bit lighter. We can start to see an end to all our hard labour. So tonight we have fun!! 😁

What a week it's been. So many changes to the layout of the shop and of course we were nominated in the Independent Retailer Awards 2026 and they wrote a lovely article about us in their paper!
Honestly it made my week and came at the very best time the day after someone scammed me in the shop in fact, just a small item fortunately!
