Just a little message to thank my fabulous clients for an amazing year in salon, thank you for all of your loyalty and support over the last twelve months I am forever grateful 🫶🏼

It's that time of year.. AGAIN!! 🙈🎄🎅🏼
Please bear with me over the next 5 weeks as I am working back to back appointments, I will try my best to adhere to my timings however sometimes these timings do get pushed out ever so slightly and with me working back to back I may not have the time to make up. This being said, I would like to kindly remind all of you wonderful clients to give yourself plenty of time to get to your appointment! I usually allow up to 10 minutes for late arrivals however in December this is just not possible because I am back to back and if one client is late it will have a knock on effect for the remainder of my day.

Finally, I am ever so grateful each year for your generosity, be it tips, gifts, cards etc however could I kindly ask you to consider, if you are wanting to leave a Christmas tip this year, if you could please consider cash. Any tip that goes through the card machine or bank transfer is charged/taxed as income 😔

I have always had a cancellation policy, I am now fully booked until after Christmas so this is just a polite reminder to all clients that if you do need to cancel, rearrange or are running late to your scheduled appointment, please let me know asap so you do not incur my cancellation charge!

Giving me 48 hours allows me to try and fill your slot, I am self employed so if I have slots I can't fill then I lose money and especially in the weeks leading up to Christmas, I can't afford for this to happen!

If you are feeling the pinch but still want your hair appointment please message me privately and I will try and be as accommodating as I possibly can and offer you alternative services.

This is just a quick message to inform all of my clients that I am currently fully booked until July at the minute!

🗓️ If you would like an appointment with me then please don't delay booking in because I'm booking up fast! Saturday and late night appointments are almost full for the remainder of the year!! And yes... I'm going to say it... Christmas appointments are going fast! 😅🎅🏼

🤕 As most of you will already know, I am suffering with 2 bulging discs in my back and I am awaiting an appointment with the neurosurgeon to discuss a treatment plan so I have had to limit my days and hours until I know what is happening so I don't make it worse.

⛔ That being said, I feel it is necessary to say I am currently at capacity with clients which unfortunately means I am not taking any new clients on at the minute. I would like to prioritise my existing clients and be able to give them the priority over appointments until I've got a treatment plan from the neurosurgeon for my back.

Finally, thank you to each and every one of my clients for your loyalty, patience and continued support 🤍
