🐾 A little personal announcement from me… 🐾

It’s been six months since we sadly lost our beautiful boy Jack, and it’s taken us a little while to feel ready for another little pair of paws in our home. 🤍

After lots of back and forth, the time finally felt right. As a family, we know we have so much love to give and that we can give another little dog a happy, loving home. 🐶🤍

So… meet BERNIE! The cockapoo 😍🐾
As I work from home, Bernie will be around during appointments, so you may hear little paws, see a waggy tail, or have a very excited puppy wanting to say hello! 😂

I completely understand that not everyone is a dog person, so if you’d prefer Bernie to have some quiet time away during your appointment, just let me know — absolutely no problem at all. I can reschedule your appointment for when another family member will be at home to look after him 🤍

Jack could never be replaced, and we will always miss him dearly. This is simply a new chapter for our family, and it feels so lovely to have some puppy cuddles, laughter and happiness back in our home. 🐶✨

I can’t wait for you all to meet Bernie Boyyy — and I’m sure he’ll be very quickly spoilt by you all! 😂🐾

Just a little reminder to all clients regarding appointments. I completely appreciate that things can come up unexpectedly, however, I’ve recently had a lot of last-minute cancellations, rearrangements and no-shows, which unfortunately has a big impact on my small business.

✨ Please make sure you are checking your appointment date and time when booking and adding it to your diary/calendar.

✨ Please ensure all payments are made by the agreed due date. Appointments may not be secured if payments are outstanding.

✨ Please make every effort to attend your appointment. If you genuinely need to cancel or rearrange, I kindly ask for as much notice as possible so I have the opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows mean that valuable appointment time is lost and, as a small business, I simply can’t continue absorbing this.

I’m always understanding when genuine emergencies happen, but repeated late cancellations, missed appointments or late payments may result in future appointments being declined.

I absolutely love what I do and appreciate every single one of you who supports my business 🤍 I just ask that my time is respected in the same way I respect yours.
