Updo season? Because that’s all I seem to be doing lately 🤍

To all of my lovely clients,

Unfortunately, due to an increasing number of last-minute cancellations and missed appointments, as of the 25th of May , I will now be taking a £20deposit at the time of bookings to secure your appointment.

As a business, late cancellations have a significant impact and often mean I am unable to fill the space at such short notice. The deposit will go towards the cost of your appointment as normal.

Please note: If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment time, your deposit will unfortunately be non-refundable.

I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support and I hope you all understand why I am doing this.
