With the increasing temperature and the draw to be out in the sunshine, the risk of being bitten, stung or killed (yes allergies are a real thing) also increases exponentially!

So this months wellness workshop is dedicated to gently addressing that risk by giving the flying (and crawling) little insects a gentle clout of repellent. All natural, all created with love and intention.

Marie will guide you through the herbal medicine route, to topically and with grace, encourage the little biting, stinging buggers to be elsewhere. Arms waving around like a broken helicopter is not a good look anytime, and totally ineffective.

I, on the other hand, will walk you through a haze, created by a hand made incense cone that would deflect an incoming swam of bitey attackers from millions of miles away (I think that should read millimetres, but I’ll leave it in) . So if they manage to pe*****te the deflector shield (your incense) and the topically applied defence mechanism (herbal body shield) then they indeed have earned the right to bite.
