When should you use cuticle oil?
Fresh gel polish - use cuticle oil every day.
One week old gel polish - use cuticle oil every day.
2 week old gels - use cuticle oil every day.
Gels have been on three weeks - still use your oil every day!
Gel has been removed and nails are bare - it is very important to keep applying your oil every day.
You have been really naughty and picked at your polish - your nails will be weak and will probably be peeling - use your cuticle oil as much as possible.

There’s a pattern here…. !

Products containing acetone are used to remove your old gel and dehydrate your nails for polish to be reapplied. Oil is so important for your nail and cuticle health.

Changes in our hormones can also have an impact on our nails.
The hormone estrogen regularly fluctuates and then drops as we get older (like me!). When our estrogen levels drop, our bodies can become dehydrated and naturally this will affect our skin and nails.
Drinking plenty of water and keeping hydrated is essential for hormone imbalances.

*Cuticle oil is specifically formulated for nails and has everything you need to keep your nails and gel polish tip-top. Use as often as you can 😊

*Use hand cream / lotion after hand washing 🧴

*Drink plenty of water 💦

*Apply cuticle oil and cream generously at bedtime 🛌

By remembering to do this, your hands and nails will look and feel great and your gel polish will last longer 😁
