I would like to formally address the issue that arose on Facebook yesterday. First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank our clients for their continued support — it is truly appreciated.

There are always two perspectives to any situation, and while I will not be discussing the details publicly, I believe it is important to emphasize that everyone deserves to be treated with respect, whether they are providing or receiving a service.

As a small business, unverified or inaccurate claims can have a significant impact on our reputation and livelihood. We take great pride in the service we provide and strive to ensure a positive experience for all of our clients. If at any time someone is dissatisfied, we welcome the opportunity to address concerns directly and professionally.

However, it is never appropriate for a minor issue to escalate to the point where individuals are encouraged to come to our premises to intimidate or threaten our team.
