Just a little reminder for everyone 💗

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve had multiple people turn up at my address without an appointment. As most of you know, I am no longer based on the high street – I now work from my home salon, which is also my family home.

Because of this, I do not accept walk-ins under any circumstances.

My address is only given out to clients who have a confirmed booking. Please don’t ask for my address if you are not booked in, and please do not turn up without an appointment.

Please also note – you are only confirmed as booked in once you have provided your full name, email address and mobile number, and have received a confirmation/reminder via email or text and instructions as to how to get to the salon etc. If you haven’t received this, you are not booked in.

If I haven’t replied to your message, it’s simply because I’m with clients back-to-back throughout the day. I will always get back to messages at the end of my working day.

Turning up at my home because you haven’t had a reply is not appropriate, and I really appreciate your understanding and respect for my boundaries.

Last week’s piercing day had to be postponed (which I was honestly gutted about 😭) after I injured my ankle – Penny ran straight into me at full speed and completely wiped me out. After seeing my Chiro on Wednesday, turns out I also dislocated 2 ribs🫠

I’m still being checked to rule out a fracture😅
